In Far Cry 3 stap je in de schoenen van Jason Brody, een man gestrand op een mysterieus tropisch eiland. In dit woeste paradijs bepaal je zelf hoe het verhaal zich ontvouwt. Sla, sluip en schiet je een weg door een jungle vol gevaren!

Wanneer Jason Brody op een stoere reis is samen met zijn vrienden, belandt het groepje op een op het oog verlaten eiland. Zodra ze bij een oude boot komen, blijkt er meer aan de hand te zijn. Al snel wordt de vriendengroep gevangen genomen. Brody’s maat wordt vermoord, maar Jason ontsnapt. Het lukt hem niet van het eiland te komen en dus rest Jason niets anders dan de strijd aan te geven met die gestoorde rebellen.

Medal of Honor Warfighter vertelt het verhaal van ‘Preacher’, een Amerikaanse Tier 1-soldaat die naar huis gaat na talloze gevechtsmissies en erachter komt dat zijn gezin uit elkaar is gegroeid. Preacher probeert zijn leven weer op te pakken en zijn huwelijk te redden. Maar zijn breekbare gezinsleven wordt weer ruw verstoord als het dodelijke explosief PETN over de Amerikaanse grens wordt gesmokkeld. Preacher en zijn team worden eropaf gestuurd om het probleem op te lossen.

Multiplayer
In de multiplayer-speltypen kunnen gamers van over de hele wereld de elitetroepen van hun land vertegenwoordigen. Er zijn 12 verschillende Tier 1-eenheden, waaronder de Australische SASR, Britse SAS, Duitse KSK en Poolse GROM. Met de introductie van multinationaal Tier 1-teamplay in Medal of Honor Warfighter kunnen ‘s werelds beste soldaten bovendien voor het eerst in de serie online tegen elkaar strijden.
